Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is hungry, driven, passionate in operation improvement and promoting new technologies to the aviation and logistic industry to achieve strategic business goals and with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate can expect to help in understanding client problems, identifying business improvement opportunities, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, deliver data-driven recommendations to client executives and support the implementation of the necessary changes, technologies and facilitate organisational change management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives

• Translating the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic digital, technology, change management and organization strategies

• Diagnosing business processes or organizational problems, and leveraging data analytics to determine how our clients can seize new opportunities

• Driving a rigorous approach to solving problems in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends

• Developing innovative answers to complex business challenges

• Recommending and implementing changes, and ensuring a successful transition to what’s new

• Work closely with the multi-national team to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Prepare data-driven insights and reports to client executives

• Support solution roadmap development

  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Logistics, Public Relationship, IT or Computer Science related field

• Passionate in driving business improvements with technology

• Strong Critical Thinking, Anaytical and Problem Solving Skills

• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Result-oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong passion in Startup environment

• Ability to communicate professionally, illustrate findings and conduct presentation

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English

• Proficiency with business intelligence and data analytics tools

• Have a passion for aviation and logistics is a plus point
